There are three lines: Freeze-Dried Instant Coffee, Instant Durian Coffee and Roasted Coffee Beans. Each suits a different need: quick single-serve sachets, a new durian flavour, or brewing from beans yourself. See the full range at shop.vinacanofi.com.

Freeze-dried instant coffee: a box of 6 sachets × 3 g (trial) or 20 sachets × 3 g. Instant durian coffee: a box of 3 sachets × 16 g (trial) or 10 sachets × 16 g. Roasted coffee beans: a 500 g bag. The shop also offers Value bundles: 3 boxes × 20 sachets (freeze-dried), 3 boxes × 10 sachets (durian) or 2 bags × 500 g (roasted beans).

It is a way of drying coffee by freezing it and then removing moisture under vacuum, so the coffee becomes a dry product that dissolves for instant brewing and can be packed in small sachets. Just prepare it following the instructions printed on the pack.

It combines freeze-dried coffee with durian flavour. According to the label, it contains 1% real durian pulp powder and synthetic durian flavouring; the durian comes from Binh Phuoc. For sugar and other ingredients, please see the ingredient list printed on the pack.

The Roasted Coffee Beans are 100% Robusta and Arabica, with no other varieties blended in, and carry the "A Grade" label. A Viet Tin test report records 99.5% good beans in the finished product of this line. The 500 g bag contains whole beans for you to grind for your chosen method.

Our coffee comes from Vietnam's Central Highlands (Tay Nguyen) and our durian from Binh Phuoc. "Since 1857" refers to the year coffee arrived in Vietnam, according to industry historical records. It is a milestone for Vietnamese coffee, not the year our company was founded.

The packing facility holds two certifications issued by VCA Certification on 19/11/2025, valid until 18/11/2028: HACCP (TCVN 5603:2023) No. VCA.2121.4A and ISO 22000:2018 No. VCA.2121.3A. These certify the facility, not the taste quality of any individual product.

No. You can order without an account: choose your products, go to the cart and enter your delivery details. There are currently no login accounts for retail customers.

Yes. After you place an order on shop.vinacanofi.com, the VINACANOFI team confirms it and sends you online payment instructions with the amount due. Your order is prepared and shipped as soon as payment is received.

You receive a confirmation email at the address you entered. It does not show prices, because our team confirms the price for each order manually. The team will then contact you to finalise the order and payment.

The website is available in six languages: Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. Currency follows the language: Vietnamese shows VND, Chinese shows CNY, and all other languages show USD. You can switch language on the page.

Yes. VINACANOFI issues VAT invoices (electronic invoices) to individuals and businesses. When ordering, add to the order note or email info@vinacanofi.com: company name, tax code, invoicing address and the email that should receive the invoice. The invoice is sent by email.

Shipping fees depend on the delivery address and are confirmed when the team confirms your order. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days from order confirmation; some remote areas may take longer.

VINACANOFI delivers nationwide, to every province and city in Vietnam.

VINACANOFI does not currently ship internationally to individual customers. Businesses and distributors outside Vietnam can contact info@vinacanofi.com for support through the export channel, exclusively distributed by GXGS.

All return and exchange requests are handled via info@vinacanofi.com. Please send your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and the reason for the request; the team will review each case and reply with how it will be resolved.

Yes. The minimum commitment is 3 months. You pay in advance every 3 months, so the price in the subscription cart covers 3 months of supply.

Subscriptions are paid in advance, once every 3 months. When your order is confirmed, and before each new period, the team sends you online payment instructions with the amount for that 3-month period.

Deliveries run from the 25th to the 30th of each month. If you order between the 1st and 20th, you receive the delivery round of that same month; if you order after the 20th, you receive the following month's round. The team confirms the exact delivery timing.

No. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically. As your period nears its end, the VINACANOFI team will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue.

Simply let VINACANOFI know at info@vinacanofi.com, with your order number. Because subscriptions do not renew automatically, if you do not confirm a new period, your subscription ends after the 3-month period you have paid for.

Follow the instructions printed on each product's pack. Both lines come in individual sachets, so they are easy to carry and prepare at home, in the office or while travelling. Water amount and strength vary with taste; the pack is the reference.

Grind the beans medium and use water at about 90–96 °C. A common starting point is about 18–20 g of coffee for about 150 ml of water; bloom briefly, then let it drip. This is general brewing knowledge, so adjust to your taste.

Yes. Grind the beans coarse, steep them in cold or room-temperature water, and refrigerate for about 12–24 hours, then strain out the grounds. A common ratio is about 1 part coffee to 8–10 parts water. Adjust to the strength you like.

VINACANOFI products have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture. The manufacturing and expiry dates of each batch are printed on the packaging; to keep the flavour, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and close tightly after opening.

Keep it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. After opening a bag or sachet, close it tightly and use it soon to keep the aroma. Please also read the storage instructions printed on each pack.

Caffeine information is printed on the packaging of each product. As general guidance, healthy adults are usually advised to stay under about 400 mg of caffeine a day (EFSA/FDA); children, teenagers and pregnant women should limit caffeine and ask their doctor.
